Wowee Socks was created to spread joy and connection through the simplest of gestures: a heartfelt compliment.
The journey of our founder, Chloe, across different cultures, taught her the universal power of appreciation. While some cultures express admiration openly, others show it more subtly – yet the impact is the same: it makes people feel seen and valued.
These small moments of connection planted the seed for Wowee Socks – a brand dedicated to celebrating individuality, encouraging kindness, and bringing people together.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
Standard Shipping:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Most parts of Asia: 5–7 business days
- New Zealand & Australia: 6–15 business days
Expedited Shipping:
- Available only in the United States.
- For expedited shipping to destinations outside the US, please contact us at support@woweesocks.store We'll do our best to assist with your request.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over USD 90.

What materials are your socks made from?
For the best comfort and durability, our socks are proudly made in Foshan, China (yes, the birthplace of martial artists Wong Fei-hung and Ip Man) with 100% combed cotton sourced in Shandong (birthplace of Confucian culture and Taoism).
What sizes do you offer?
All socks come in one size (EU37-44 or US 6-11) but should be ok if your size goes a little above.
How do I care for my socks?
Machine wash in cold water, tumble dry on low and avoid bleaching for best results.

Return & Exchange
We want you to be more than happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Final sale items or customized products are non-returnable.
Process
- Email us at support@woweesocks.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you choose to use our shipping label, a flat fee of USD 7.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. You can get 50% off on your next order if opting for store credit.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
This is the last thing we want to see! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@woweesocks.store within 14 dayas of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
